What bonus are we offering?
We offer referral bonuses based on the position your referral is hired for. We encourage you to check our open positions frequently and consider your social networks and external networks as potential resources for referred candidates. 

Who is eligible for bonuses?
All Active and Inactive Employees in good standing who have worked more than 100 hours are eligible to participate.

What is the current bonus amounts for each role?

Caregivers = $50

CNA, Med Aide, and Medical Assistant  = $100

LPN/LVN and Allied Technicians: Phlebotomist, COTA’s or OR Tech, X-Ray Tech, PT Assistant + $150

RN and Licensed Allied: PT, OT, Respiratory Therapist, Social Worker = $250

APRN/NP/PA = $500

What are the policy Rules?

  • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.   
  • The minimum shift requirements must be reached by the referral within 120 days of the employee hire date.
  • If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral Bonuses. 
  • Referrers are still eligible for Bonuses even if a candidate is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position. 
  • Employees who are removed from “Good Standing” at ATC or removed at the clients request are not eligible for bonus payouts. 
  • Referrals that have directly applied to ATC Northwest within the last year will not qualify for referral bonuses.  
  • Bonuses may be subject to taxation. 

What happens after I refer someone?
We send them an email or text and ask if they're interested in a job with our company. The referred candidate will undergo the standard recruitment and onboarding procedures and selection will be considered only if they meet the requirements of the existing vacancy. 
 

When will I be paid my referral bonus?

Payout is dependent on the requirements for the type of roll you referred. For example, a CNA referral has to work a minimum of 140 hours and an RN referral has to work a minimum of 240 hours. 

Bonuses are paid after the referral has worked without incident (no callouts) for the minimum number of hours based on their role type, from their hire date.  

The minimum shift requirement must be reached within 120 days of the employee hire date. 

How will I be paid my bonus?

Once the requirements have been met:

  • Active HCAs/Clinicians will be paid their Referral Bonus amount in their weekly paycheck.
  • Inactive HCAs/Clinicians will be paid their Referral Bonus amount with a digital gift card. The card will be sent to the email address on file with ATC. NOTE: if your address on file with ATC is incorrect, we cannot resend a new card to a different address. 

NOTE: We may change our referral bonus program over time to modify the types of roles we are seeking or to add other incentives. We also reserve the right to abolish certain Bonuses if they prove ineffective or inefficient. We’ll communicate any change clearly and timely. Employees who referred candidates before a bonus was abolished will still receive the appropriate bonus.
